1. CA shall VOTE for my original idea; “Stay in your lane” safety & efficiency enhancing our highway fluidity, with less pollution and superior efficiencies for all with my unique solution. 80mph Carpool Lane, 75mph #1 Lane, 70mph #2 Lane, 65mph #3 Lane, 60mph #4 Lane, 55mph #5 Lane (on ramp/off ramp.)
2. CA shall “Lower ALL State tax for ALL” by half A percent annually (from 6% down to 4%) is the aim of my first term! I aim lower sales tax from (4% down to 2%.) Even lowering income taxes and decreasing property taxes!
3. CA needs to eliminate current TAX on ALL Pension Income payments, benefiting the silent majority (Teachers etc.) resulting in A pay raise during retirement! Retirees are valuable assets and deserve to be able to stay in CA.
4. CA shall proactively upgrade its Electrical Power Grid; revitalizing & decentralizing vast reforms while also creating “A Bank To Go” (ILC) by 2029.
5. CA shall build and own its own refineries for Natural Gas & Oil, minerals.
6. CA shall deploy our “Rainy Day Fund” to tap Lake Manly’s Fresh Water Aquifer for all. CA shall preserve A portion of “Our Once Great Tulare Lake,” Central Valley’s fresh water past; potential is promising and limitless. Before it was desiccated; Tulare Lake was (500-700 square miles) much larger than our current Largest Lake Basin “The Great Salton Sea’s” 350 square miles. A key advantage of Salton Sea is its low elevation 234 Feet below Sea Level and White Gold / Lithium concentrate valued ½ Trillion! Our Imperial Valley farmers and fields need support. Whether by Brackish Desalinization or Thermal Desalinization or by my original tubing solution from the Salton Sea to AZ & NV. The Pacific Ocean’s tube loop of pipeline could transport H2O!
7. CA needs to put farmer’s 1st with A proactive infrastructure, A dam in San Francisco bay; Hydropower system for our Central Valley.
8. CA needs to eliminate mosquitos throughout the region while purifying water.
9. CA needs to protect & conserve our huge portion of the Pacific Ocean & Air too. Both environmentally & militarily while resurging marine LIFE.
10. CA shall provide for Goodwill Public Transportation (free bussing for all Citizens (kids) & work permitted immigrants within our advanced society.
CA shall launch A Self-Governing Campaign for CA Voters and youth of tomorrow along with preserving funds by reforming & streamlining State boards, agencies and commissions. Protect children and encourage them!
11. CA needs “Serious Pension Reform, Tort Reform and Audit of Courts.”
12. CA needs to actually utilize the ultimate deterrent of crime which its voters approved again and again; Capitol Punishment must be exercised as overdue.

LT. JAMES CAMERON has A broad team made up of discrete dedicated volunteer's (Republican's, Indepedent's, Libertarian's and former Democrat's) who are passionate about making A difference in the lives of those we serve.
1. Core constitutional tasks.
Lieutenant Governor presides over the assembly when requested in order to cast A tie-breaking vote. If ever the actual Governor is out of state then the Lieutenant Governor assumes all prerogatives; often signs or vetoes legislation, able to make political appointments.
2. Economic development.
Lieutenant Governor chairs the Commission for Economic Development, which is responsible for fostering economic growth in California by developing and implementing strategies for attracting new business to the state, increasing state exports, creating new jobs, and stimulating industries state-wide. A State bank to go shall enhance our state network designed to assist small to mid-size businesses, farmers and Citizens. Lieutenant Governor serves on the Agriculture-Water Transition Task Force and appoints 5 members of the oversight committee of the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine. Allowance of drilling expansion for Oil & Natural Gas plus State refineries.
3. Natural resources.
Lieutenant Governor is A member of the California State Lands Commission along with both the State controller and director of finance. Together, they manage 450,000 acres of school trust lands and 279 California State Parks; 4,000,000 acres of public trust lands and 9 National Parks; foreshore, nearshore, and rivers, streams, lakes, bays, estuaries, inlets and straits. Lieutenant Governor presides semi-annually as alternate chair and voting member of Ocean Protection Council and non-voting member of California Coastal Commission.
4. Higher education.
Lieutenant Governor has comprehensive policymaking role over the entire higher educational system. A full voting member of the UC Board of Regents and Board of Trustees of California State University, the Board of Governors of the California Community College System and the Calbright College Board of Trustees.
